The Mindful Awareness Institute
Advancing Mindful Living Through The Mindful Awareness Perspective™
About The Mindful Awareness Institute
The mission of the Mindful Awareness Institute is to serve humanity with a combination of ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness techniques.
We provide a welcoming place for people to thrive in their journeys of experiencing self-awareness, compassion, and wisdom.
The Mindful Awareness Institute and The Mindful Awareness Perspective™ creates breakthrough awarenesses, resolves emotional tension, and elicits the clarity required to create a life that joyfully aligns to your heart and soul.
What Sets Us Apart?
Adopting The Mindful Awareness Perspective™ allows you to intentionally respond to life instead of emotionally react.
“The MAP” builds skills like metacognition, increases empathy, and improves cognitive efficiency, all rooted in mindful techniques.
We approach these techniques in a modern, contemporary way that doesn’t require you to adopt religious dogma or sit for hours in painful physical positions.
The beginning of our process is exploration and definition of The Mindful Awareness Perspective™. Once you understand the perspective, we guide you through efficient and effective mindfulness methods you can use to cultivate it—methods that can be practiced anytime, anywhere, and for any amount of time.
We don’t teach mindfulness from the context of religious traditions, mystical beliefs, or Buddhist cultural practices.
While respect these traditions, The Mindful Awareness Institute advocates a new, accessible way to explore mindfulness—a way to open the door to compassion, resilience, peace, and growth in a community of like-minded individuals.
